Atti Culture ("we", "us") is an independent music label based at 4, Canal Road, Kilpauk Garden Colony, Chennai 600010, Tamil Nadu, India. You can reach us at ofro@atti.biz. This policy explains how we handle data in connection with our website at atti.biz and our internal advertising tools.
2. Information we collect
When you participate in our programmes (e.g. the Producer League or Rap League) or buy a release, we collect the information you submit — such as name, email address, phone number, and submission content — to operate those programmes and fulfil purchases. Our website uses standard analytics to understand aggregate traffic.
3. Advertising data and the Google Ads API
We operate internal tools that connect to advertising platforms, including the Google Ads API and the Meta Marketing API, to manage and report on Atti Culture's own advertising campaigns. These tools access only advertising accounts that we own or are authorised to manage. Campaign and performance data retrieved through these APIs is used solely for our internal campaign management and reporting. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. the API providers themselves) or as required by law.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate our website and programmes, fulfil purchases, communicate with participants and customers, and plan, run, and measure our own advertising campaigns. We do not use Google Ads API data for any purpose other than managing and reporting on our own campaigns.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing ofro@atti.biz.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
