These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at atti.biz and the programmes and services offered by Atti Culture ("we", "us"), an independent music label based at 4, Canal Road, Kilpauk Garden Colony, Chennai 600010, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We produce and release music and run community programmes such as the Atti Culture Producer League and the Atti Rap League. We also operate internal tools to manage and report on our own advertising campaigns. Access to certain programmes may require submission of information or payment as described on the relevant pages.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content you submit must be your own or properly licensed, and must not infringe the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
All music, artwork, and branding on this site are the property of Atti Culture or its artists and may not be reproduced without permission. Content you submit to our programmes remains yours, but you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the programme you entered.
5. Payments and refunds
Where purchases are offered, payment terms and any refund policy are described at the point of purchase. Digital releases are generally non-refundable once delivered.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Atti Culture is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
